    Good interviews. Some quirks.
Good variety of guests. The yeahs and yeps seem like the interviewer is impatient and just trying to get to the next planned question. Some of that terms are quirky and forced “sketchy mcsketcherson” and “lightning round robin”.

    The Quilter film
I was so moved listening to the interview about The Quilters documentary. The thought that went into the making of the film was wonderful. I am looking forward to being able to see it eventually. And I will certainly bring it to the attention of the programming committee of my quilt guild. The story of the men learning to sew, their helping of one another, and the ultimate result of the finished quilts is heartwarming. And the fact that they were able to see video of the recipients with the quilts is life-changing for them, I am sure. As a quilter, it is so lovely to see someone wrapped up in the warm hug of a quilt you made. Thanks for sharing the story of this film. I am sure it will be receiving awards as it goes out into the world.

    LOVE.THIS.PODCAST
Brandy, I first heard about you when you were being interviewed on another quilting podcast. I was so fascinated by your story that I immediately downloaded your Podcast. I went all the way back to the beginning of your Podcasts and am “binge listening” all of them. Your interviewing skills with your guests is spectacular. I have learned so much about the quilting world from listening to you and your guests. Thank you for bringing these people to your listeners. But most of all, thank you for sharing your talent, treasure and time. Ellie

    Top Quilters Podcast
Brandi is easy to listen to, asks great questions of her guests and has an insightful and positive spin for quilters. Her tips and encouraging words are a pleasure for all types of quilters.

    Okay great.
I love all things quilting. This show is eh to me. The guest will give thoughtful responses with the host giving quick “okay great” responses to hastily move to the next item on the list to chat about. I wouldn’t want to give a conversation like that so I don’t love listening to one either.

    QuiltCon 2024 episode
I’m loving the way that the QuiltCon 2024 episode is getting me revved for the show! There was a question during the episode about what the third city in the Triangle is. It’s Chapel Hill—home of the University of North Carolina! See you all in February!

    Podcast on Sew Yeah Quilting
I recently started listening to the Quilter on Fire podcast. I have enjoyed the podcast cast so much- listening to the back stories of all my favorite quilt people but also I am loving the opportunity of learning about new products and designers. I listened to the newest podcast yesterday about the See Yeah Quilting brothers - today a friend and drove down to Soldotna from Anchorage to visit the Bearly Threaded Quilting and to my surprise one of the brothers from Sew Yeah Quilting was there. I had just found out from the podcast that they had recently purchased the store in Soldotna. It was great talking to him about their stores and the information from the podcast. My friend and I are determined to go to the February retreat in Las Vegas. Thank you Brandy for putting on such a great podcast - I always look forward to your interviews!

Thank you, Brandy, for all your work to produce such a great podcast! You are so warm and friendly to your guests, and ask insightful questions that we all want to know the answers to. I am a fairly new listener, but have been binge listening 😂to all your previous episodes. I’ve been recommending Quilteronfire to all my quilty friends! Christine W.

    Quilter on Fire Podcasts
I finally discovered where to write a review. I enjoy all the interviews Brandt does, even if I don’t participate in that area of fiber art. I am a quilter and I love hearing about different quilter’s processes and their quilting journey. Thank you to Brandy for a job well done. I particularly enjoyed the Kaffe interviews last summer. I love that Brandy has done her research and knows about the artist so knows what to ask. I like listening to her talk to interesting people all over the world!

    Jane Sassaman interview
This interview was wonderful! Brandy’s questions let Jane share so much about her journey and her process. As usual her interview style gives more than a glimpse of the quilter’s personality. So funny to hear her early irritation with “that red headed quilter” who became her friend and mentor! I look forward to this podcast every week.

    Thoughtful interviews not just promotions
